It is now 11:15 am<br \/>\nlocal time on Sep 8, which is 21:15 UTC. The forecast in finally<br \/>\ngood, with light winds around 10 knots today increasing to 15-20<br \/>\nknots by tomorrow from the ESE.  It is 520 nautical miles to<br \/>\nSamoa and the route is straight from Suvarov to Apia on a course<br \/>\nof 255 degrees magnetic.
