The course<br \/>\ntakes us west along the northern coast of Upolo Island<br \/>\n(where Apia is located), through the Apolima Strait<br \/>\nthat separates Upolo and Savai&#8217;i Islands, and then on<br \/>\na course of 189 degrees magnetic for Vava&#8217;u.  The<br \/>\nroute is about 348 nautical miles and will take us<br \/>\n48-54 hours.  The forecast is very good.  Risho Maru<br \/>\nwill be departing at the same time for Neiafu as well.<\/p>\n<p>  Since our last blog we attended a Samoas dance and<br \/>\nmusical show at the famour Aggie Grey Hotel in Apia.<br \/>\nWe went with the Risho Maru&#8217;s and with Quest (Pierre<br \/>\nand Denise).  The show and the buffet were great.
